Indian markets are expected to opened on higher note on Wednesday following muted trend seen in other Asian markets.BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty hit record highs for the fourth consecutive session, The sensex rose 70.73 points or 0.25% at 27931.11 at 10.39 AM. While Nse nifty surge above 8350 up 29.85 or 0.36% led by gains Bank nifty 1.01% and realty stocks 1.06%.
The Indian currency traded lower at 61.35 per dollar on Wednesday against 61.40 on Monday.
